Abstract:
The present invention relates to a flexible mandrel for forming a pipe mold, the flexible mandrel comprising: a bar which has an insertion groove formed on the front part thereof, and a screw groove communicating with the insertion groove and having a diameter wider than that of the insertion groove formed on the rear part thereof; a plurality of discs which are installed on the front part of the bar so as to be spaced apart from each other at regular intervals along the front/rear direction; a link chain which comprises a link shaft penetratingly inserted in the plurality of discs in the front/rear direction, a first link cap coupling to the link shaft rear end inserted in the insertion groove and screw-coupling to the screw groove, and a second link cap coupling to the link shaft front end, wherein the link chain adjusts the intervals between the plurality of discs according to the degree of protrusion of the link shaft toward the front part of the insertion groove; an elastic part which is installed between the plurality of discs and applies elasticity; and a disc guiding part which is capable of guiding so that the plurality of discs are arranged on a curve.
