Abstract:
Provided are the use of chlorflavonin and derivatives thereof, in particular the use thereof in inhibiting the growth of microorganisms and inhibiting the growth of plants. Also provided are genes associated with the synthesis of flavone and new flavonoid compounds. The genes associated with the synthesis of flavone in a target strain are subjected to genetic operation, so that new flavonoid compounds can be obtained, and the flavonoid compounds have a good antibacterial effect. In addition, also provided is a resistance gene cfoL, which can confer microorganisms resistance to chlorflavonin, so that the resistance gene cfoL can be used as a screening label for genetic transformation operation in microorganisms.
