The present invention relates to a fixture for evaluating optical communication lens performance and a method for evaluating lens performance using same. More specifically, provided is a fixture for evaluating the performance of an optical communication lens to evaluate the performance of the lens, wherein the fixture is arranged on and fastened to an optical aligner, the fixture including: a main body portion including a lower body formed to have a circular shape, an upper body protruding from the upper center of the lower body, and an installation hole formed to have a shape that penetrates the center of the lower body and the upper body; a ferrule installed in the installation hole of the main body portion and having a through hole shaped to penetrate the center thereof; and an optical fiber accommodated in the through hole of the ferrule and configured to transmit light emitted from the optical aligner, toward the upper center of the main body portion. The present invention is configured to be arranged on the optical aligner and transmit the light emitted from the optical aligner, to a lens coupled to the upper portion of the main body portion without loss, so as to enable easy evaluation of the performance of the lens by the optical aligner.
