Abstract:
A fixture for assembly and correction of blade ribs of a satellite lens barrel and an assembly method. The fixture comprises a mounting platform (1) as well as a positioning sleeve (2), a first support arm shaping assembly (31), a second support arm shaping assembly (32), and a third support arm shaping assembly (33) that are arranged on the mounting platform (1). The positioning sleeve (2) comprises a fixing cylinder (201) and a limiting cylinder (202) arranged at the top of the fixing cylinder (201). The limiting cylinder (202) is detachably connected to the fixing cylinder (201). The first support arm shaping assembly (31), the second support arm shaping assembly (32), and the third support arm shaping assembly (33) are arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction of the fixing cylinder (201). By using the fixture, support arms of the blade ribs can be assembled to blade rib arc plates, and the fixture can undergo vapor deposition together with the whole blade ribs, thereby effectively preventing deformation of components in the chemical vapor deposition process.
