Abstract:
Disclosed are a fish passing system having a tourism viewing function and a fish passing method, relating to the technical field of ecological protection of water resources and hydropower. The system comprises a dam body (1), a ferris wheel (6), a water supplementing assembly (5), and a master controller; a releasing slideway (4) is provided upstream of the dam body (1), and one end of the releasing slideway (4) extends into a water body of a reservoir area of the dam body (1); a fish passing transfer mechanism is provided downstream of the dam body (1), and the fish passing transfer mechanism is connected to the water body downstream of the dam body (1) by means of a fishway (2); the ferris wheel (6) is located between the fish passing transfer mechanism and the releasing slideway (4), and a plurality of manned fish lifting mechanisms are evenly distributed on the ferris wheel (6); one end of the water supplementing assembly (5) extends into the water body of the reservoir area of the dam body (1), and the other end thereof is connected to the fish passing transfer mechanism; the master controller is connected to the ferris wheel (6), the fish passing transfer mechanism, and the manned fish lifting mechanism. By combining the ferris wheel with the demand of fishing upstream, the tourism sightseeing value of water conservancy projects is improved while promoting the gene exchange of upstream and downstream fish populations of high-head water conservancy projects, and the engineering investment is significantly reduced.
