Abstract:
The present application discloses a fire-resistant coating material, and belongs to the technical field of fire-resistant coatings. The fire-resistant coating material comprises: 40-80 parts water-based curing agent, 20-50 parts water and 80-200 parts fire-resistant coating material mother liquor, the fire-resistant coating material mother liquor being composed of 50-80 parts flame retardant, 15-25 parts dispersing agent and 190-220 parts water. The utilized flame retardant effectively improves the problems of poor compatibility and mixing uniformity of flame retardants and water-based latexes in existing fire-resistant coating materials, and likewise utilizes O and H contained in the flame retardant system to form a carbonized layer during the dehydration process, so as to isolate oxygen, prevent combustion and improve the fire-resistance performance.
