Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fire extinguishing device using a salt water tank for a battery for testing high-capacity charging/discharging and, more specifically, to a fire extinguishing device using a salt water tank for a battery for testing high-capacity charging/discharging, which may extinguish a fire caused by overheating of a battery when testing high-capacity charging/discharging of the battery. The present invention provides the extinguishing device including: a lower shelf; multiple guideposts extending from an edge of the lower shelf toward the upper part; an upper shelf installed on the guideposts; a battery box disposed on the lower shelf, receiving a battery seated therein, and forming a storage tank to store salt water discharged from a salt water tank; a salt water tank box disposed on the upper shelf, receiving a salt water tank seated therein, and allowing the salt water in the salt water tank to be discharged to the battery box; and the salt water tank seated in the salt water tank box and charged with salt water.
