Abstract:
Provided is a finned tube with a tube-fin bridge (6) for airflow in zones. The finned tube is an H-shaped finned tube, an airflow guide box (4) or an airflow baffle (5) or an airflow partition box (23) is provided on a windward side or a leeward side between two serpentine fin clusters (2) outside a base tube (1), a distance between the two fin clusters (2) is larger than an outer diameter of the base tube (1), and the fin clusters (2) are connected to the base tube (1) by means of the metal tube-fin bridge (6). The metal tube-fin bridge (6) is a component with an arc-shaped surface fitted to an outer wall of the base tube (1), a fin connecting plate (24) is connected at a position tangential to a surface facing away from the arc-shaped surface, the arc-shaped surface closely surrounds and is connected to an outer wall of the base tube (1), and the fin connecting plate (24) is connected to inner sides of the fin clusters (2). The tube-fin bridge (6) has a simple longitudinal section in terms of shape, can be manufactured by drawing, and has low manufacturing cost, and the manufacturing difficulty of the serpentine fin clusters (2) is reduced by simplifying the shape of the serpentine fin clusters (2), such that a product is easy to manufacture.
