Abstract:
A fingerprint recognition method and apparatus, applied to the technical field of fingerprint recognition. The method comprises: acquiring a fingerprint image to be inputted; calibrating said fingerprint image on the basis of a first calibration image to obtain a first fingerprint image; determining whether there is an adaptive calibration image; if there is an adaptive calibration image, updating the first calibration image by using the first fingerprint image and a first update coefficient so as to obtain a second calibration image; and if there is no adaptive calibration image, generating a third calibration image by using the first fingerprint image, wherein the third calibration image is an image obtained by summing and averaging multiple frames of fingerprint images, or the third calibration image is an image obtained by updating the first calibration image using the first fingerprint image. A calibration image of an electronic device can be adaptively updated, thereby improving the degree of adaptation between the calibration image and the current environment, implementing better calibration of acquired fingerprint images, and improving the unlocking experience of users.
