Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cutter for easily cutting plastic wrap, vinyl tape, a vinyl cover, thin paper, and etc. and, more specifically, to a finger cutter used by putting the same on a finger, comprising: a ring part having a diameter that varies to be put on a finger by elastically corresponding to the thickness of the finger; and a cutter part, provided on one end of the ring part, and making a cutter blade extend and retract so as to able to cut an object, wherein the finger is put into the ring part, and the cutter blade, installed in the cutter part, is extended and retracted by using an index finger, thereby making it possible to easily and safely cutting the plastic wrap, the vinyl tape, etc. without worrying about getting cut.
