Abstract:
A filter device (50) for a cutting fluid, a cleaning method for the filter device (50), and a filter circulation system. The filter device (50) comprises a filter cartridge, a filter screen (56), and an ultrasonic cleaning assembly (120). The filter screen (56) is disposed in the filter cartridge and is provided with a cutting fluid inlet (57) and a drain outlet (52); the cutting fluid inlet (57) is used for allowing a cutting fluid to be filtered to flow in, and the drain outlet (52) is used for discharging a cleaning liquid and dirt inside the filter screen (56); the filter cartridge is provided with a cutting fluid outlet (51); the cutting fluid outlet (51) is used for discharging the filtered cutting fluid; and at least part of the ultrasonic cleaning assembly (120) is disposed in the filter screen (56) and is used for ultrasonically cleaning the filter screen (56).
