Abstract:
A film thickness uniformity compensation method in OLED inkjet printing, comprising: obtaining a target film thickness of an OLED, grid parameters of pixel grooves, and ink drop parameters of spray nozzles in an inkjet printing device, and calculating ink spray volumes and distributions of ink drops in the pixel grooves according to the target film thickness, the grid parameters, and the ink drop parameters; spraying ink to the pixel grooves according to the ink spray volumes and the distributions in the pixel grooves; baking the pixel grooves, and obtaining the film thicknesses of grids in the baked pixel grooves; and determining compensation ink spray volumes for the grids in the pixel grooves according to the film thicknesses of the grids in the pixel grooves and the target film thickness, and spraying ink to the grids in the pixel grooves according to the compensation ink spray volumes until the film thicknesses in the pixel grooves reach the target film thickness. The OLED film thickness uniformity can be improved.
