Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fiber cushion and a preparation method. Provided in the first aspect of the present application is a fiber cushion. The fiber cushion comprises a first fiber layer and a second fiber layer, wherein the first fiber layer is attached to the second fiber layer; the first fiber layer is composed of first three-dimensional crimp fibers and an irregular air channel formed by the first three-dimensional crimp fibers; the second fiber layer is composed of second three-dimensional crimp fibers and an irregular air channel formed by the second three-dimensional crimp fibers; and the fiber density of the first fiber layer is different from the fiber density of the second fiber layer. Different fiber layers have different property parameters such as air permeability and support. Thus, the fiber cushion can meet the use requirements of both two different kinds of users. Provided in the second aspect of the present application is a method for preparing the fiber cushion. The fiber cushion can be produced by using the method with a preparation apparatus.
