Abstract:
A ferrous sulfate double-barrel drying kiln comprises an inner barrel (1), an outer barrel (2) and a drive apparatus, the inner barrel (1) being connected into the outer barrel (2), the inner barrel (1) and the outer barrel (2) being coaxial, and an inclination angle of the inner barrel (1) and the outer barrel (2) relative to a horizontal plane being 2-5 degrees. The inlet and outlet ports of the inner barrel (1) and the outer barrel (2) are provided with end covers. A spiral plate (3) and an outer kiln shoveling plate (5) are provided on the inner wall of the outer barrel (2), the spiral plate (3) and the inner barrel (1) being spaced apart. The outer kiln shoveling plate (5) is connected to the inner wall of the outer barrel (2) within the spiral pitch of the spiral plate (3). An inner kiln shoveling plate (4) is disposed on the barrel wall of the inner barrel (1), the inner kiln shoveling plate (4) being connected to the barrel wall of the inner barrel (1) and spaced apart from the spiral plate (3). The ferrous sulfate double-cylinder drying kiln can perform uniform drying and has an excellent drying effect.
