Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a ferrocene derivative, a preparation method therefor, and a use thereof. In a ferrocene derivative represented by formula (I) and a salt or solvate thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition thereof, Z is selected from O, NH, or S; R1 is selected from hydrogen, methyl, and halogen; R2 is selected from hydrogen, halogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, halogenated C1-C6 alkyl, halogenated C1-C6 alkoxy or nitro; n is an integer of 0-5; and R2 may be the same or different. The compound has antitumor activity, and can be used as a candidate drug or a lead compound for treating diseases such as tumors and cancers.
