Abstract:
A feeding system (100), used for delivering rivets to a rivet gun, and comprising a feeding apparatus (10), a loading apparatus (20), and a replenishing apparatus (30); the feeding apparatus (10) comprises a vibrating plate (101) for outputting rivets and a feeding pipeline connected to the vibrating plate (101); the loading apparatus (20) is mounted on the rivet gun, and comprises a storage bin (202) for storing rivets and a loading pipeline (203) abutting the storage bin (202), the end of the loading pipeline (203) furthest from the storage bin (202) being connected to the head of the rivet gun; the replenishing apparatus (30) is connected to the feeding pipeline and is used for storing the rivets outputted by the feeding apparatus (10) and replenishing the rivets in the storage bin (202); a first gas source is used for supplying gas to the feeding pipeline to blow the rivets outputted by the vibrating plate (10) to the replenishing apparatus (30) by means of the feeding pipeline; and a second gas source is used for supplying gas to the loading pipeline (203) to blow the rivets in the storage bin (202) to the head of the rivet gun by means of the loading pipeline (203). The present feeding system uses a method that omits a feeding belt to convey the rivets to the rivet gun, and does not limit the swing range of the rivet gun.
