Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of printing. Provided are a feeding mechanism, a 3D printer and a 3D printing method. The feeding mechanism comprises a material tray, a supporting structure and a gas supply assembly. The material tray comprises a frame and a release film arranged on the frame, wherein openings are formed in two opposite ends of the frame, the release film blocks one of the openings of the frame, and an accommodating cavity, which is used for accommodating a printing material, is formed by means of joint enclosure of the frame and the release film. The supporting structure is arranged on the side of the release film away from the accommodating cavity, and a gas supply cavity with a gas inlet is formed between the supporting structure and the release film; and the supporting structure is provided with a supporting face, which is opposite the release film in a spaced manner, the supporting face being light-permeable. The gas supply assembly is in communication with the gas inlet and is used for providing oxygen-enriched gas for the gas supply cavity. By means of the feeding mechanism provided in the embodiments of the present application, bonding force between a printing layer and the bottom of the material tray can be reduced with lower costs, such that the efficiency and the success rate of 3D printing are improved.
