Abstract:
This facility for liquefied carbon dioxide comprises: a tank capable of storing liquefied carbon dioxide; piping that is connected to the tank and allows liquefied carbon dioxide to flow therethrough; a pressure sensor that detects the pressure in an area where liquefied carbon dioxide is present inside at least one among the tank and the piping; a temperature sensor that detects the temperature of the area where liquefied carbon dioxide is present; and an estimation unit that, on the basis of the detection results from the pressure sensor and the temperature sensor, estimates the state of dry ice generation in the area where liquefied carbon dioxide is present.
