Abstract:
A face shield (100) including one or more airstream-deflecting protrusions (111a-111d) for deflecting airstream away from a wearer (190, 230) so as to avoid bacteria, virus or any other hazardous materials in the airstream from depositing on head (192) and/or hair of the wearer (190, 230). A full face shield (300) including a flexible sheet (310), and the flexible sheet (310) has a top portion (311) comprising two folding structures (320, 321) located adjacent to lateral edges (312a, 312b) of the flexible sheet (310) respectively for bending the top portion (311) towards a forehead of the wearer (190, 230). As the top portion (311) of the full face shield (300) is bent towards the forehead of the wearer (190, 230) through the folding structures (320, 321), the face, the forehead and a large portion of the front skull of the wearer (190, 230) can be protected.
