Abstract:
Provided is a leather-like fabric that employs at least one of polyester, nylon, acrylic, linen, cotton, silk, rayon, and wool that are embossed, and has an embossing depth between 50 μm and 400 μm both inclusive. Provided is a leather-like fabric manufacturing method comprising a step of preparing a leather-like fabric and a step of embossing the fabric, the leather-like fabric having an embossing depth between 50 μm and 400 μm both inclusive. The step of embossing the fabric may comprise: a step of arranging under the fabric a low-density member that is lower in density than the fabric, and a step of embossing the fabric in a state in which the low-density member is arranged under the fabric.
