Abstract:
A fabric inspection device for a flame-retardant high-color-fastness printed fabric, comprising a fabric inspection machine frame, a fabric inspection table, and a storage table. The fabric inspection table is mounted in the fabric inspection machine frame; the storage table is symmetrically mounted at a front side position of the fabric inspection machine frame; a dust removal assembly is inserted into the surface of the storage table; the dust removal assembly comprises a dust collector, a dust collection hose, a supporting base and a dust collection cover; a dust collection end of the dust collector is connected to the dust collection cover by means of the dust collection hose; the supporting base is fixedly connected to the exterior of the dust collection cover; an ultraviolet disinfection assembly is slidably provided at the front side position of the fabric inspection machine frame; the ultraviolet disinfection assembly comprises a sliding block, a shaft seat, a backing plate, and an ultraviolet disinfection lamp; the sliding block is rotatably connected to the backing plate by means of the shaft seat; the ultraviolet disinfection lamp is mounted on the surface of the backing plate. Waste fiber chips are concentratedly suctioned by means of the dust removal assembly, and thus, the cleanliness of the surface of the fabric inspection machine frame and the working environment is improved; the ultraviolet disinfection assembly irradiates a designated area for disinfection, and it is more hygienic.
