Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of manufacturing chemicals. Provided is an extraction device for manufacturing chemicals. The device comprises a pressure rod, which is inserted into a positioning frame. The device solves the problem of unsmooth drainage that is very easily caused by raw material residue blockages after squeezing since a drainage channel of a squeezing device is located below a tank and only one drainage channel is provided, and solves the problem of the poor quality of a solution obtained by means of squeezing that is caused by the downward travel and pressure of a pressure disc during squeezing both being controlled and operated by workers according to experience. A collection mechanism can perform collection and drainage operations on a solution produced at any squeezing position, and the drainage is smooth, such that unsmooth drainage caused by raw material residue blockages is avoided, and the device is used stably. Moreover, a driving control component can control and adjust the maximum pressure of the device during squeezing, such that raw material can be maximally squeezed to obtain a solution, and the device can be adapted to squeeze different types of raw materials to obtain solutions, and is convenient to use.
