Abstract:
The present invention relates to an exhaust gas processing device which is capable of collectively processing harmful emissions emitted during combustion, etc., the device comprising: a dust collection equipment for removing organic materials or particulate materials contained in an exhaust gas; a desulfurization equipment for reducing sulfur oxides contained in the exhaust gas; and a low-temperature plasma reactor and a high-temperature microwave plasma reactor for reducing nitrogen oxides contained in the exhaust gas.
