Abstract:
The present invention relates to an excimer lamp assembly provided with a trigger for forming a plasma, the excimer lamp assembly comprising: a bulb of an excimer lamp; and a trigger connected to the bulb to form an initial plasma in the bulb when the excimer lamp starts to operate. Thus, the present invention can delay a decrease of a light emission speed according to use time and increase the light emission speed.
