Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of substance purification, and specifically provides an enrichment method for eicosapentaenoic acid in a fish oil raw material. The enrichment method provided in the present invention comprises the following steps: feeding a fish oil raw material into a double-column simulation moving bed, and sequentially carrying out sample loading, layer unfolding, first internal circulation, sample loading-collection, second internal circulation and rear impurity discharging, wherein the double-column simulation moving bed comprises a first chromatographic column and a second chromatographic column, and the mobile phase of the double-column simulation moving bed is an alcohol aqueous solution. By means of the enrichment method provided in the present invention, EPA with a purity ≥ 98.5% can be separated from a fish oil raw material, and the enrichment method provided in the present invention has a low solvent amount and a high yield, and facilitates automatic and continuous production.
