Abstract:
An engine in-cylinder braking system and a hydraulic tappet matching same, the hydraulic tappet (40B) comprising a tappet body (42B), a plunger (41B), and an elastic apparatus for making the plunger (41B) be in a retracted state after oil pressure in a hydraulic chamber is eliminated, the outer peripheral surface of the plunger (41B) having a sliding sealed fit with the inner peripheral surface of the tappet body (42B), the plunger (41B) being provided with a pressure relief channel in communication with the hydraulic chamber, and a pressure relief valve (47B) and a pressure relief spring (48B) being arranged in the pressure relief channel. An oil supply path (La) of the in-cylinder braking system is connected to a control oil port (1102) of a hydraulic control switch valve; when the oil supply path (La) is in communication with an engine oil path (L0), the hydraulic control switch valve cuts off the communication between the hydraulic tappet (40B) and an external oil path; and when the oil supply path (La) is in communication with a pressure reduction oil path (Lb), the hydraulic control switch valve opens the communication between the hydraulic tappet (40B) and the external oil path. The in-cylinder braking system is used in coordination with the hydraulic tappet, such that the engine can make full use of in-cylinder braking and has the advantage brought by the hydraulic tappet of eliminating the noise and shock caused by valve clearance.
