Abstract:
This governor device is provided with a first lever and a second lever. The first lever has: a force receiving section that receives force on the basis of the rotational velocity of a crank shaft; a rack locking groove that locks a rack; and a one-directional biasing force receiving section that receives force from a starting spring. The second lever has an other-directional biasing force receiving section that receives force from the starter spring. The first and second levers each can rotate around a shaft member. One end of a regulator spring is locked to the second lever.
