Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an energy-storage element unit structure, and a manufacturing method for an energy-storage element unit. A battery cell is inserted into a housing, a current collector is connected to the battery cell, the current collector is provided with an electrode column portion, a cover plate is provided at the upper end portion of the housing, and the electrode column portion is provided in the cover plate in a penetrating manner; a first sealing member is provided between the cover plate and the electrode column portion, and the first sealing member is sleeved on the periphery of the electrode column portion; and a recess with a downward opening is provided in the first sealing member, the side face of the side of the recess that is close to the electrode column portion is a first inclined face, and the first inclined face obliquely inclines downward and inward from top to bottom. In the present invention, the first sealing member between the cover plate and the electrode column portion is tightly attached to the cover plate under the action of the internal pressure of the energy-storage element unit, and the greater the internal pressure of the energy-storage element unit, the greater the generated radial inward component force, the better the sealing effect, and the higher the sealing reliability, thereby reducing the machining requirements for the electrode column portion.
