Abstract:
An energy-saving and low-noise hydraulic press with five beams and four columns, the hydraulic press comprising an upper crossbeam (5) and a lower crossbeam (11), wherein the upper crossbeam (5) is provided with stand column mounting recesses close to the four corners of the inside, with each stand column mounting recess being internally provided with an anti-slip sleeve, and the top ends of the stand column (9) being fixedly connected to an adjusting nut (6) by means of a locking nut (4); a main cylinder (3) is provided at the center of the inside of the upper crossbeam (5), and a pushing shaft of the main cylinder (3) is mounted downwards; the lower crossbeam (11) is provided with stand column mounting recesses close to the four corners of the inside; the lower crossbeam (11) is fixed to the bottom ends of the stand columns (9) by means of locking nuts (4) and adjusting nuts (6); a lower jacking cylinder (12) is provided at the center of the inside of the lower crossbeam (11), and a pushing shaft of the lower jacking cylinder (12) is mounted upwards; and a workbench (8) is provided at the center of the stand columns (9). The hydraulic press with five beams and four columns has a rational design and a simple structure, is economical and practical, has high precision, and has the advantages of being energy-saving, low-carbon and environmentally friendly.
