Abstract:
Provided is a technology which improves the accuracy of an operation plan used for calculating cost reduction in an energy demand and supply operation in a place of business where a factory performs intermittent operations. The present invention comprises: an optimization calculation unit which, by using a plant model that describes the demand and supply balance of a gas, steam, and power in a place of business where a factory performs intermittent operations, and a demand and supply operation cost model of the place of business, on the basis of latest values of collected variables included in the plant model and model parameters composed of setting values of each of the models, predicts optimal demand and supply amounts of the gas, steam, and power in an ironworks and the time for reaching the operation limit of the plant; a display item selection unit which selects a working condition to be changed in the future determined on the basis of the calculated future optimal demand and supply amount or the current demand and supply amount achievement, or the predicted time for reaching the operation limit of the plant; and an alarm output unit which outputs the selected display item, wherein the optimization calculation unit corrects the operation plan of the factory in accordance with the achievement.
