Abstract:
The embodiments of the present disclosure belong to the field of data processing. Provided are an emotion management method and apparatus based on a wearable device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring first speech data of a user who wears a wearable device, and analyzing the first speech data, so as to obtain first emotion index data of the user; acquiring reference emotion index data of the user who wears the wearable device, and determining the current emotion of the user according to the first emotion index data and the reference emotion index data; and when the current emotion of the user is a negative emotion, acquiring an emotion intervention strategy that matches the first emotion index data, and outputting the emotion intervention strategy. By means of the method, negative emotions can be discovered in an accurate and timely manner and intervention is performed, such that a user can get rid of his/her negative emotion as soon as possible.
