Abstract:
An electronic voting method and device. The electronic voting method applied to a voting node (11) comprises: on the basis of a set generator, a first public key, and a private key of the voting node (11), determining a ciphertext corresponding to each of at least one first candidate object (S103), and determining a ciphertext corresponding to the number of votes of each of all candidate objects (S104); and reporting the determined ciphertexts to at least one network node (12) (S105). The first candidate object is a candidate object among all the candidate objects that is voted; the first public key is delivered to the voting node (11) by the network node (12), and is determined on the basis of second public keys of all vote counting nodes (13); the second public keys of the vote counting nodes (13) are determined on the basis of corresponding private keys of the vote counting nodes (13) and the set generator; the reported ciphertext is used for determining the total number of votes corresponding to each candidate object.
