Abstract:
An electronic device, according to one embodiment, may comprise at least one processor and a communication device. The at least one processor may be configured to display an execution screen of a message application that can access first incoming information of a first called party and second incoming information of a second called party. The at least one processor may be configured to obtain a first command for sending a first message corresponding to the first called party through the execution screen of the message application. The at least one processor is configured to, in response to obtaining the first command, send, on the basis of the first incoming information of the first called party being a first telephone number corresponding to the first called party, a first message including the first phone number as calling information through the communication device. The at least one processor may be configured to obtain a second command for sending a second message corresponding to the second called party through the execution screen of the message application. The at least one processor may be configured to, in response to obtaining the second command, send, on the basis of the second incoming information of the second called party being identification information of a metaverse service and user identification information defined in the metaverse service, a second message including the identification information of the metaverse service and the user identification information as the incoming information through the communication device.
