Abstract:
According to various embodiments, an electronic device may comprise a communication circuit, an acceleration sensor, and at least one processor, wherein the at least one processor is configured to: identify a first movement speed of the electronic device by using the communication circuit; identify a user's step frequency by using the acceleration sensor; identify the type of movement of the user on the basis of the identified step frequency; and correct the first movement speed on the basis of the identified type of movement, so as to output the movement speed of the electronic device.
