Abstract:

An electronic device for controlling an audio setting of an audio device on the basis of context information of an image, and a method for operating same are provided. An electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may: detect at least one object from an image captured using a camera; identify a main object of interest that a user is interested in among the at least one detected object; acquire context information of the identified main object of interest; and control, on the basis of the acquired context information, an audio setting for acquiring or outputting an audio signal of an audio device including at least one of a microphone and a speaker.
