The present application provides an electronic assembly and a terminal device. The electronic assembly comprises: a first component; a second component, an accommodating space being formed between the second component and the first component; and a connecting member, wherein one end of the connecting member is connected to the first component, and the other end of the connecting member passes through the accommodating space and is connected to the second component; the connecting member is sheet-shaped, and the surface of the connecting member having a larger area is a first surface; and the portion of the first surface located in the accommodating space is attached to the wall surface of the accommodating space. Compared with the prior art in which a radio frequency coaxial line is connected between the first component and the second component, because the thickness of the sheet-shaped connecting member is low, the occupied space of the accommodating space in the height direction is far smaller than the occupied space of the accommodating space in the width direction in the prior art, thereby effectively improving the volume of the accommodating space without changing the size of a housing.
