Abstract:
An electron emitter (11), being a cone. The electron emitter (11) comprises 2-3wt% of ternary rare earth oxide and the balance of tungsten; the ternary rare earth oxide comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: 15-20wt% of CeO2, 15-25wt% of La2O3, and the balance of Y2O3. A manufacturing method for the electron emitter (11) comprises the following steps: doping ammonium paratungstate with an aqueous solution of cerous nitrate, lanthanum nitrate and yttrium nitrate; performing drying; performing large-temperature gradient reduction, and preparing tungsten powder; and performing mixing, press forming, pre-sintering, vertical sintering, and plastic processing to manufacture the electron emitter (11). A dust charged device, comprising a housing (2). The housing (2) is grounded, and a discharge cathode (1) is provided in the housing (2) and the discharge cathode (1) is in a spiked bat shape. The device can efficiently and stably work in a high-temperature environment, a normal-temperature environment and a medium-low-temperature environment, improve the charge capacity of fine dust, and improve the electrostatic coalescence and electric field trapping efficiency.
