Abstract:
An electron beam welding process method for a window variable cross-section structure of a fusion reactor vacuum chamber. The method comprises: S1, providing a base plate (2) on a back face of a butt weld joint (20) of a variable cross-section plate (1), wherein the variable cross-section plate comprises a straight plate section (11) and a curved plate section (12), the base plate comprises a straight base plate section (21) and a curved base plate section (22), one side of the curved base plate section is attached to a back face of the curved plate section, and the thickness of the curved base plate section is gradually increased from the side of the curved plate section that is connected to the straight plate section to the other side of the curved plate section; and S2, sequentially welding the butt weld joint corresponding to the straight plate section and the butt weld joint corresponding to the curved plate section in an electron beam welding manner. By means of the method, primary electron beam welding forming of the variable cross-section plate can be achieved, the welding operation efficiency is significantly improved, batch production is achieved, the production progress of a nuclear fusion vacuum chamber device can be accelerated, and in addition, welding deformation can be reduced, and the form position precision when a side wall of a vacuum chamber and a window collar are integrally connected can be ensured.
