Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electromagnetic stamping method and an electromagnetic stamping device. The electromagnetic stamping method comprises: dividing, on the basis of a contour feature of a piece to be stamped, a blank holder of an electromagnetic stamping device into a plurality of blank holding regions; for each blank holding region, setting a time-varying blank holder force function on the basis of a shape feature of each blank holding region; acquiring blank holder force data of each blank holding region every cycle period t0, and calculating an error between the blank holder force data and the value of the blank holder force function at the current time; and controlling a blank holder force of each blank holding region according to the error, and stamping a sheet under the blank holder force to obtain said piece. By means of the present invention, a blank holder force is controlled in real time according to a fluidity feature of a sheet during stamping to achieve accurate loading of the dynamically varying blank holder force, thereby improving the loading accuracy of the blank holder force and the forming quality, decreasing the energy consumption in a blank holding process, and weakening the influence of electromagnetic coupling among multiple magnetic fields and external interference.
