Abstract:
The present application belongs to the technical field of electromagnetic reaction devices, and particularly relates to an electromagnetic reaction kettle and the application thereof. For feeding of a conventional electromagnetic reaction kettle for the synthesis of magnetic microspheres, the raw material of magnetic microspheres is generally directly introduced into the reaction kettle for reaction, which is inconvenient for feeding according to the quantity of the raw material, resulting in a reduced production and synthesis efficiency of magnetic microspheres, and affecting the final yield of magnetic microspheres, so that the conventional electromagnetic reaction kettle is inconvenient to use. The present application provides an electromagnetic reaction kettle, comprising a kettle body, wherein a feeding mechanism and a discharge mechanism are provided on the kettle body; the feeding mechanism is in communication with the kettle body, the discharge mechanism is in communication with the kettle body, and an electromagnetic reaction mechanism is provided in the kettle body; and the feeding mechanism comprises a raw material storage assembly which is connected to a metering feeding assembly. The electromagnetic reaction kettle achieves a better reaction and synthesis effect of magnetic microspheres, and improves the final yield of magnetic microspheres. In addition, a mechanical structure is used for feeding, which has a high degree of automation, is simple to operate, and is convenient to use.
