Abstract:
Provided is an electrolytic plating solution additive that contains a diallylamine (co)polymer, that maintains the metal affinity of the diallylamine (co)polymer while improving the organic properties of the entire polymer, and that makes it possible to improve uniform electrodeposition properties across a wide current range, notably the uniform electrodeposition properties in a high current range. The problem addressed by the present invention is solved by an electrolytic plating solution additive containing a diallylamine (co)polymer that has a constituent unit (I) derived from a diallylamine compound (i) having the structure represented by general formula (1) (in formula (1), R1 and R2 each independently represent hydrogen or an alkyl group having 1 or 2 carbon atoms, R1 and R2 are not hydrogen simultaneously, R3 and R4 each independently represent hydrogen or an alkyl group having 1 or 2 carbon atoms, and X- represents a counterion).
