Abstract:
Provided is an electro-optic film. The electro-optic film comprises a compound (A) having a dipole moment of 19-31 debye. The maximum absorption wavelength (λ max) of the electro-optic film is 760-830 nm. The difference between the maximum absorption wavelength and the absorption wavelength that, among absorption wavelengths for which absorbance of the half value of the maximum absorbance of the electro-optic film is exhibited, is further to the long wavelength side than the maximum absorption wavelength is 90-120 nm.
