Abstract:
A method for manufacturing an electro-conductive contact pin according to the present invention comprises the steps of: filling a first metal in a first opening pattern formed on a mold having the first opening pattern formed thereon to manufacture a preliminary electro-conductive contact pin including a first and a second contact tip and an elastic part provided between the first and the second contact tip; forming a masking agent on the upper surface thereof and patterning the masking agent to form a second opening pattern on the masking agent to expose at least one tip among the first and the second contact tip; filling a second metal in the second opening pattern to form a function layer; and removing the masking agent and the mold.
