Disclosed is an electrical device hanging apparatus, comprising a mounting member (10), two holding members (20), and a lifting/lowering assembly (30). The mounting member (10) has two opposite ends, and the two holding members (20) are rotatably arranged on the two ends of the mounting member (10), respectively; one end of the lifting/lowering assembly (30) is arranged on the mounting member (10), and the other end of the lifting/lowering assembly (30) is rotatably connected to the two holding members (20); the lifting/lowering assembly (30) can move back and forth with respect to the mounting member (10), so as to drive the two holding members (20) to be tightened or loosened. In the apparatus, by operating the lifting/lowering assembly to move back and forth with respect to the mounting member, the two holding members can be tightened or loosened, when the two holding members are tightened, a data acquisition device can be hung on an electric wire in the air, and when the two holding members are loosened, the data acquisition device can be taken down from the electric wire in the air; thus, the apparatus is time-saving and labor-saving.
