Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide an electric tool with which an increase in size can be suppressed. An electric tool (1) comprises a motor (2), a plurality of switch elements (3), a cylindrical capacitor (4), a circuit board (5), and a housing (6). The capacitor (4) is arranged on a circuit board (5), which is fixed so as to overlap at least a portion of the motor (2) when seen from an axial direction (D1) of a rotating shaft (211) of the motor (2). The circuit board (5) comprises a plate-shaped base portion (51) and a plate-shaped projecting part (52). The projecting part (52) projects in a prescribed direction from an edge portion of the base portion (51). The capacitor (4) is arranged on the projecting part (52) so as to overlap at least a part of the motor (2) when seen from a projecting direction (D2), which is the prescribed direction.
