An electric nasal irrigator with oral exhalation sensing comprises a flushing liquid container (4), a nasal connector (1), an electric driving source (22), and a controller (2), wherein the controller (2) comprises an oral exhalation sensor (24), the oral exhalation sensor (24) is used for sensing oral exhalation of a user and sending an oral exhalation signal, and the controller (2) controls, according to the oral exhalation signal, the operation of the electric driving source (22). The electric nasal cavity irrigator is compact in structure and small in shape, making it convenient for people of all ages such as children to hold and use. By using a combination of oral air blowing and electric control, the user is allowed to be in an exhalation state with the soft palate closed during nasal flushing, and the flushing fluid flows through the nasal cavity for flushing without flowing over the soft palate into the oropharynx, thus achieving the effect of preventing choking on water; meanwhile, the flushing flow rate for is more stable and controllable, and working modes of different flushing speeds can be set to adapt to different needs of children, adults, and other groups of people.
