Abstract:
This electric motor comprises a rotor having a shaft and a commutator attached to the shaft, a brush in contact with the commutator, a brush spring for pushing the brush into the commutator, and a conductive wire connected to the brush. The brush is a resinous brush including copper and the copper content of the brush is from 30 wt% to 50 wt%.
