An electric actuator (10) capable of rapidly and smoothly switching a transmission torque and allowing a device cost to be lowered and a device size to be reduced and a control device thereof, the electric actuator (10) comprising a motor (40) outputting a torque, a torque distribution means (50) receiving the rotating motion of the motor and distributedly outputting the motion to two output shafts (53, 54), a rotation constraining means (60) selectively constraining the rotating motions of the two output shafts (53, 54) of the torque distribution means (50), a motion conversion means (70) receiving the rotating motion of one of the two output shafts (53, 54) and converting the motion into a reciprocating motion, and an output shaft (80) receiving the rotating motion of the other output shaft to perform a rotating motion and receiving the reciprocating motion to perform a reciprocating motion.
