Abstract:
Provided is an electret device that prevents charge deterioration of an electret element enclosed in a sealed space and has a long lifespan. This electret device comprises a package member, lid member, and electret element. The lid member seals the package member and forms a sealed space. The electret element is mounted in the sealed space. There is a hydrogen getter inside at least a part of the sealed space.
