Abstract:
An elastic fibre stretching device with convenient adjustment of tensioning force, the device comprising a bottom plate (1), wherein a vertical plate (2) is fixedly connected to a side of the top of the bottom plate, and a transverse plate (3) is fixedly connected to the top of a side of the vertical plate; a limiting hole (4) is provided inside the transverse plate, and a limiting rod (5) is clamped inside the limiting hole; a chute (6) is provided at the top of the bottom plate and on a side of the vertical plate, and a first sliding block (7) is slidably connected to the inside of the chute; and an elastic element (8) is fixedly connected between a side of the first sliding block and a side of an inner wall of the chute. The device can quickly and conveniently adjust tensioning force in an elastic fibre stretching process, thereby reducing the burden of a worker during the adjustment, meeting the need for different tensioning force in the elastic fibre stretching process, and ensuring elastic fibre stretching. In addition, the device can quickly and conveniently clamp elastic fibres of different thicknesses in an elastic fibre stretching process, thereby facilitating stretching the elastic fibres of different thicknesses.
